The School is administered and managed under the Society Memorandum of Association and Bye - Laws . The following bodies have been formed to caters the smooth flaw of the school.

The Management and Administration of the school is carried under the good guidance and advice of the Advisory Board Members. The members of this council are nominated from eminent personalities from Government, Institutions, Social Leaders, Academicians, Parents etc. by the General Assembly of the Society (KERC).
