TESTS AND EXAMS

1. A Session is be divided into two terms ( For High School) : 1st Half - Jan - June 2nd Half - July - Dec

2. Exam schedule shall be as per the School calendar issued.

3. Marks obtained in all the Test/ Exams are accounted for determining their Final result.

4. Unless due to physical sickness, no students should abstain from any of the exam. Absentees may invite direct cancellation from the school.

5. Only clip board with writing materails are allowed inside the examination hall.

6. Admit Card system will be in used in all the tests & Term Exams. Only admit card holder will be allowed to write their exam.

.7 Internal assessment marks are calculated from the Unit Tests & Terms for High school students.

CRITERIA FOR PROMOTION

1. Requirements for Promotion : (i) Minimum Pass Mark in all the exams (ii) 75 % in their attendance (iii) Fulfill other criteria notified from time to time.

2. Provision for IMPROVEMENT EXAM is available after the Final Exam for only those with legitimate reason and on payment of Rs.200/- per paper.

3. Re-evaluation of answer script is permitted within 10 days from the date of result declaration and on payment of Rs.100/- paper .

Proper application must be given to the Headmaster/ Exam Controller.
