High School Section

 

1. Normally new admission to KTL Excel Hr Sec School is in Class LKG & XI. Admission to other classes (UKG- VIII ) depends on the vacancies.

2. Admission for both Old and fresh are to be taken during the notified date.

3. Previous year performance will be the sole criteria for admission.

4. The following documents are to be submitted during the  time of New Admission.

i.  Mark Sheet ii. TC iii. Character 

5. The decision of the Principal / Authority is final.

6. Admission once taken is non -refundable.

7. The school has the reserved right to  reject any applicants for admission.

 

Fresh Enrolment ( NEW STUDENTS)

 

1. Fresh enrolment is open from LKG and XI. Admission to Classes UKG  to IX depends on the availability of seats. 

Refer Notice Board for vacant seats.

 

2. New Enrollees after getting Admission Brochure and Form are to  submit within the date notified. 

3. Date of entrance test or screening will be notified from time to time if necessary.

4. Admission fees are to be deposited within 7 days from the date of result declaration of  entrance test/ screening , failing which their candidature stands cancelled. 

5. No reservation of seat is permissible for new admission.

6. New students must get their admission done on or before 20th Jan.

7. Admitted students names will be cancelled and fees forfeited if they fail to attend class during the first 5 days

Re - Enrolment (OLD STUDENTS)

 

1. Re- enrolment begins after the declaration of Final result till 17th Jan. 

2. A fine of Rs. 200/- shall be imposed after the last date till 31st Jan.

3. After the last date : (a) the school has the right to cancell or transfer the seat to other intending students.

(b) Impose double fine.

4. Any parent unable to take admission within the specified date must register his/ her ward’s name by paying a sum of Rs. 200/- for reservation of  seat within 10th Jan. 

5. Reserved  students must take their admission within the month  of January. Failing which a fine of Rs. 200/- will be charged. No refund for cancelled case.

6. Admitted students failing to report on the first day will invite a fine of Rs.100/-

7. Old students unable to take admission and not complying with the above Rule No.4 will lost their seat to other intending students.
